Running a small business is not always perfect. 

The years following COVID brought challenges that affected many small product businesses. Supplier relationships changed, production became more difficult to predict, freight was disrupted and managing a growing online business became increasingly complicated. 

When someone spends their money with a small business, they deserve to understand what is happening with their order. If something changes or takes longer than expected, they should not be left wondering. 

That is something we are committed to and we are excited to have welcomed a small team of helpers to focus on customer service, with emails, DMs and messages daily it is important that we can remain as responsive as possible around the clock. 

Our product pages outline any made to order delivery timeframes so there is clear information about ordering and expected arrival dates! We have also spent a significant amount of time searching for the perfect fabrics and strengthening our supplier relationships.

Some things take time to get right! 

Our vintage tees are a perfect example. We spent years searching for a fabric that had the softness, weight and worn-in feeling we wanted, the feedback we get on these is amazing and the same with our butter soft tracksuit and hoodie fabrics. 

ETC is a small business. There is a real person behind the decisions, the designs, the late nights and the problem solving. We care deeply about the brand and we care about the customers who choose to spend their money with us. 

We also understand that trust is earned through actions, not just words. 

Our focus is simple: good quality clothing, clear communication and a shopping experience our customers can feel confident in.
