+ Custom made orders by ETC are not Eligible for a return/exchange as these are custom size ordered & made for you. Please check our sizing chart for you to purchase the correct size.

We offer returns for any custom that is faulty, please refer to our returns page for fault item policy. 

Any Custom Printed Item will say on the product page wether or not it is a custom item in the description. 

Custom Item Time Frame:

Please allow 15-20 (WORKING DAYS (MON-FRI)) For delivery. This allows us to order your piece, custom print it, quality check & pack for delivery. 

If you have not received a dispatch email AFTER 20 WORKING Days, please contact us to follow up.

We endeavour to get your item out before this time frame, however please note that we also wait on another company to process the initial blank product order first. So we can be at the mercy of others.
