While some products are now manufactured and shipped directly to you, the creative process remains unchanged. These items are still uniquely ETC, designed in-house with the same care and attention to detail.

Direct-to-customer manufacturing allows selected items to be made and shipped straight from our trusted manufacturing partners.

This helps us:

• Reduce long pre-order wait times

• Offer more styles and staple items year-round

• Deliver your order more efficiently

Most direct-to-customer items dispatch within 8–15 business days, depending on the product.

All manufacturers are carefully chosen to meet our quality standards for fabric, fit, printing, and durability.
