Things to Note when returning.
* SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN & WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. Items purchased with a discount code or at a sale rate cannot be returned as a discount is an item on sale. The item is no longer full price & is deemed on sale.
* 30 Days to return. After 30 days item is not valid for return.
*Item needs to be in NEW & UNUSED condition, no make up, marks, dirt or stains and the item has not been worn longer than just to try on, ie all day.
* Please fold the item & place it in its original packing bag (not the courier bag) along with all of the tags attached. No tags = No Return.
* My Secret Message has a separate return policy and it will be found in your order or by clicking here.
* Hats & Beanies are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE:
Make sure you enter the FULL ORDER number IE "#4505ETC" and your email you entered when ordering for our online system to work properly. - DO NOT FORGET # - Hashtag or ETC at end of order number. If your order number does not have a hashtag or ETC at the end, don't enter these.
In the Customer Note Part, please put what size you are wanting in exchange, bigger or smaller, or write the reason you are returning for a credit.
Please, you do not have to wait for approval from us before sending your item back, your item is only eligible to be approved when it gets to us. If you have not received an email, write a note & pop in the bag or check your junk email and send it back along with a self addressed courier bag for exchanges to
