There is no separate membership fee or application process.

We keep track of your total spend with ETC. Once your eligible purchases reach $1,000, we’ll contact you to confirm that you have joined the Loyalty Club and provide you with your personal discount code.

You can then enter your code at checkout whenever you shop online.

How to Use

your Loyalty Club discount

Once you have received your personal loyalty code:

  1. Add your favourite ETC pieces to your cart.
  2. Continue to the online checkout.
  3. Enter your personal code in the discount-code field.
  4. Your 30% Loyalty Club discount will be applied to eligible items.

There is no minimum spend, and your code can be used again on future eligible orders.

Please keep your personal code somewhere safe and do not share it with anyone else.
