Manufacturing & Delivery

This item is made to order.

Please allow 8–15 working days for manufacturing before dispatch.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays, and manufacturing time is separate from delivery/transit time.

Once manufacturing is complete, your order will be dispatched and tracking details will be provided when your parcel is on its way.

Ordering with other items? If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products, your entire order will be shipped together once everything is ready. If you would like available items dispatched separately, additional postage will be required.

Care Instructions

Hand washing is recommended.

Gently spot clean where possible and allow to air dry naturally. Avoid bleach and harsh cleaning products.

Sizing

The cap features an adjustable metal clasp, allowing the fit to be altered to suit your head circumference.

Measurements are taken with the product laid flat. A variation of approximately 1–2cm due to different measuring methods is considered normal.

Because this is an all-over printed product, the exact placement of the leopard pattern and ETC design may vary slightly between individual caps. Minor differences in colour, print position and sizing can also occur between production batches.

These small manufacturing variations are normal and are not considered product faults.
