Please allow 8–15 working days for manufacturing before dispatch.

Once manufacturing is complete, your order will be dispatched, with standard shipping timeframes applying separately.

If your order contains multiple made-to-order items, they will generally be shipped together once all items are ready.

Sizing & Fit

The Hot Star Hoodie features a relaxed, comfortable fit.

Please refer to our size guide before ordering to ensure your preferred fit.

Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. A variation of approximately 1–2cm may occur due to different measuring methods.

Washing & Care

• Hand or machine wash

• Wash inside out to help protect the print

• Do not soak for extended periods

• Do not bleach

• Wash at 45°C or below

• Air drying is recommended to help preserve the design
